Calculator inputs

The odds, stakes and probabilities you type into the calculators are processed entirely in your browser using JavaScript. They are not sent to a server, are not logged and are not stored in a database. Closing the page clears your entries.

Consent Management Platform (CMP) and EU/UK consent

For visitors in the EEA/UK, Smarter Trades uses Google's certified Funding Choices Consent Management Platform (CMP) with an IAB TCF consent signal. Non-essential tags such as Google Analytics and AdSense are blocked by default until consent is provided.

When you make a consent choice, the CMP stores your preference and a TCF consent string in local/browser storage so ad and analytics tags can respect your decision. You can reopen your choices at any time using the "Manage cookies" link in the footer.

Cookies and similar technologies

This site may use cookies or similar technologies to:

• remember basic preferences such as your chosen theme;
• measure anonymous usage statistics to understand how many people use the site and which pages are popular;
• support advertising, including showing relevant ads if advertising is enabled.

If you prefer not to use cookies you can usually disable them in your browser settings, though some features may not function correctly with cookies turned off.

Advertising and third-party vendors

If display advertising is enabled on this site, adverts may be served by third-party networks such as Google. These networks may use cookies or similar identifiers to show more relevant ads, limit how often you see the same advert and measure the effectiveness of campaigns.

Analytics

Basic analytics may be used to understand how many visitors use the site, which pages are viewed and how the site performs. Wherever possible, analytics will be configured to avoid collecting personally identifiable information and to keep data only for as long as needed.

Adults-only audience (18+)

Smarter Trades is intended for adults aged 18+ and is not targeted at children or minors. We do not knowingly collect personal data from users under 18.

Links to other sites

This site may link to other websites, including bookmakers, betting exchanges and responsible gambling organisations. Those websites have their own privacy policies and this policy only applies to Smarter Trades.

Your data rights

Where data protection law applies (UK GDPR / EU GDPR for users in the UK and EEA), you have the right to access, correct or request deletion of any personal data we hold about you. Because the calculators do not require an account and inputs are not stored on our servers, the data we hold is limited to anonymised analytics events.
